TruxHire acts as a technology platform and does not directly own transport vehicles or guarantee load availability.
5. Payments & Settlements
a) Payment Processing

- Advance payments

- Freight-related transactions
b) User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Providing correct bank or UPI details
- Verifying payment information before transactions
- Complying with applicable tax regulations
c) Delays
While we aim for timely settlements, TruxHire is not liable for delays caused by:
- Banking systems
- Third-party payment providers
- Incorrect account details provided by users
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Upload false documents or fake load details
- Use the platform for illegal transport activities
- Misrepresent vehicle ownership or identity
- Interfere with app operations or security
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
- Share misleading pricing or fraudulent information
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
7. Load Booking & Trip Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying load details before booking
- Vehicle fitness and legal compliance
- Driver conduct and safety
- Delivery timelines and goods handling
TruxHire is not responsible for:
- Cargo damage
- Theft or loss
- Delayed deliveries
- Disputes between transporters and load providers
8. Document Verification
TruxHire may request:
- Vehicle documents
- Driving licenses
- GST or business documents
- Identity verification
Failure to provide valid documents may restrict access to services.
9. Cancellation & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts involved in suspicious activities
- Remove users violating platform policies
- Restrict access without prior notice if misuse is detected
Users may also request account closure by contacting support.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, and technology used in TruxHire are owned by SPRINTZA INFOLABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content without written permission.
